Artists/ Creative Practitioners

CUCST is looking for a team of experienced artists/ creative practitioners to work on a new community focussed project. The project is the result of a partnership with Creative Partnerships, Colchester Borough Council and Arts Council England. If you are an experienced community practitioner and can deliver high quality public art with adults and young people, you can download more Information HERE or please email suelawther@gmail.com. Volunteer Driver Needed

We are desperately seeking a volunteer driver for our education department, primarily for ‘Playing for Success’.

The role would involve picking up & returning children from local schools on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays for an average of 10 hours per week.

Applicants would be accompanied on the journeys by an escort from the school but would need to complete a CRB check.

Education activities take place in EdUc@eUtd at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.

Travel expenses will be covered.

I heard about the group at the 50+ exhibition at Charter Hall where I picked up a leaflet. It's nice to get together on a Monday morning and meet new people. My husband and I are both Colchester United supporters too. I would miss it if it had to stop as we really enjoy having a go at the activities. The keep fit has been really good and we have found out about lots of things we didn't know about like the free health walks that take place in Colchester.
