It's never too late to make a change!
Our Football plus group fives older adults the opportunity to improve their health, increase activity levels and boost wellbeing while having fun.
The group meets each Monday from 10am to 12 noon at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
Sessions include quizzes, crafts, cookery lessons, talks and gentle physical activity. Each starts with tea and coffee giving everyone a chance to mingle.

Football plus group enjoyed a visit to the new Imagine Centre at Weston Homes Community Stadium and enjoyed the delights of the Wii with table tennis and bolwing, football using the interactive floor and creating designs with pictures and movies using the apple mac note pad, interactive screens and white boards.
