*Age range is for guidance only, so please ring for clarification if ages fall outside these guidelines
Notes:
- This is an outdoor venue on synthetic surface
- No need to book, just turn up and play
- Only £1 per child per session
- A Parent Consent Form will need to be completed for each child taking part in the session or you can complete it when you arrive
- Sessions run weekly during term times only (during half-term a session will run at 3.00pm-4.30pm)
- Weekly sessions commence on September 2010
- The last session before Christmas is Thursday 9th December 2010
- There is no 5-6pm session during October Half Term (during half-term a session will run at 3.00pm-4.30pm)
We advise that all participants bring;
- £1 for cost of session
- Completed Parent Consent Form (you can complete this on arrival or download from here)
- Appropriate footwear / clothing for activity and playing surface (trainers or moulded football boots – no studs)
- We recommend that all participants wear shin pads for the football sessions
- A soft drink
