Colchester United Community Sports Trust (CUCST) offers adults with special needs the opportunity to play sport in a fun, social and safe environment.
Adult Pan Disability Football Team
CUCST have entered teams into the Essex County League and Eastern Region Ability Counts League (see below for details).

Notes:
- This is an outdoor venue on synthetic surface (3G pitch)
- No need to book, just turn up and train
- A Pan Disability Player Details Form will need to be completed for each player who wishes to train
- Training sessions run every week, even in school holidays
- Training sessions commence on Sunday 6th September 2009
- The last training session before Christmas is Sunday 13th December 2009
We advise that all participants bring;
- Completed Pan Disability Player Details Form (you can complete this on arrival or download from website)
- Appropriate footwear / clothing for activity and playing surface (trainers or moulded football boots – no metal studs)
- We recommend that all participants wear shin pads for the football sessions
- A soft drink

- Saturday 24th April 2010 at Rochford
Easter Region Ability Counts League is played at Abbey Leisure Centre, Cambridge (11am kick off) and the dates are;
- Wednesday 21st October 2009
- Wednesday 25th November 2009
- Wednesday 24th February 2010
- Wednesday 17th March 2010
- Wednesday 28th April 2010
