Dmitri was promoted to the Schools and Sports Development manager in January 2007 and is responsible for overseeing the entire 'Schools and Sports Development' Programme. His responsibilities include managing the long term objectives of the programme, his role includes staffing, quality control of the individual programmes and evaluation of the programme as a whole. Dmitri is also responsible for the CUCST Female Academy based at the Thurstable School and Sports College.  Dmitri plans and coordinates the football, fitness and psychological training programme for the players within the academy. He is also manager of the highly successful Girls Centre of Excellence and coordinates the Grassroots Girls Football Coaching Programme. A long term employee of CUCST he holds the F.A. Level 3 Coaching Badge and also has diploma in sports psychology and Level 3 Sports Psychology from the F.A.
