Not sure how much exercise or activity you do in a week, why not try keeping a diary to find out how much you currently do, then if you need to you make changes to your activity levels over time by adding in an activity per week, such as: -

  1. Try and raise your lifestyle activity levels in the week.
  2. For Example, cycle or walk to school.
  3. Play games at break time and lunch time.
  4. Find fun activities to play with your friends that you enjoy.

I have MS and after my last attack I lost all of my confidence and there were some things I just couldn't do. The keep fit sessions with Angie have really helped. The Monday sessions are really good as they help you to keep active. The most important thing though is the company.
