At CUCST, we aim to provide sporting activities that are available to all, at a minimal cost and to a high standard. Our sessions are fun, friendly and aim to get everyone to join in. All of our sessions are game based, challenging and enable participants to learn from the game.
At CUCST, we teach more than just sport. We believe that sport can teach children and young people all of the necessary life skills they need for them to develop as individuals. Using sport as the tool, our community inclusion programme aims to help children and young people develop;
- Self esteem, confidence, motivation and discipline;
- An increased sense of belonging;
- Teamwork and social skills;
- Positive relationships with adults and other agencies;
- A sense of achievement and of what is achievable;
- A healthier lifestyle.
